How to Unleash Epic Royal Combos

Clearing a single line in GemBlast is satisfying, but if you want to dominate the global leaderboards, you need to learn how to unleash Epic Royal Combos!

Chain Reactions

When you place a block that clears a line, try to set up your board so that the remaining blocks fall into place and clear even MORE lines. We call this chaining. A 2x chain is good, but a 5x chain will trigger the legendary Diamond Rush!

The Imperial Blast

If you manage to clear 4 or more lines simultaneously (using a long 1x4 or 4x4 block), you will trigger an Imperial Blast. This not only yields massive points but also clears surrounding obstacles instantly.

Pro Tips

• Always look 2 moves ahead. Don't place a block just because it fits; place it where it sets up the next block.
• Save your 3x3 square blocks for when you absolutely need them. They are great for filling massive gaps.
• Keep the center of the board clear if possible!
