We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use GemBlast for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use GemBlast to:

• Engage in cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players (if multiplayer features are available).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the game or its servers.

4. In-App Purchases

GemBlast may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or store policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

GemBlast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the game.
